Get around site paywalls without going Incognito Mode or installing any extensions

Now that some sites like NY Times became tricky enough to detect when you go Incognito Mode, you should know that there is a better way to get around that. Here is an instruction for Chrome users: simply go to that site (e.g. NY Times, Medium), click on the lock icon in the left corner of your address bar, then Site Settings -> JavaScript -> Block. Now you will never again see a paywall on this specific site!
